The two* listed characters are placed in an (imaginary) location with a variety of (imaginary) environments, kind of like a picture in a child's schoolbook that describes different types of geological features. Within a ten mile radius, there is an (imaginary) urban downtown, exurbs, plains, snow-clad mountains at the edge, dry plains, etc. Fighters start wherever is most appropriate for them, but feel increasingly compelled to seek out their opponent and fight. Strong-willed fighters can try to hold out in their chosen environment for longer... eventually, all will succumb and actively search for the other to battle. To participate, just vote in bold for whichever character you believe will win. Giving reasoning is optional, but please be polite and read what others have said and carefully make your decision. I'll ping the nominators (they can opt out) to give arguments if they wish. Can't be harmed by any means including divinity which he considers a joke and far beneath him. Evil and Darkness incarnate -He is meta. His creator canonically works for HIM and Cartoon Network has ties to his organization's web of multiversal influence in lore. He also had the mexican Powerpuff Girls narrator assassinated in one of his video shorts -He was responsible by proxy for PPG2016 happening (or at the very least Mojo Jojo's incarnation in it as a punishment for him being an ineffective villain and he had his minion Flug do something horrible to him that led to his 2016 version). Yes he is THAT evil. -Multiversal / Omniversal. He has connections to various villainous entities in all of fiction including Darkseid and the Daleks from Dr. Who. Lovecraftian horrors like Cthulhu are clients of his. Black Hat is likely just the entity's avatar in any given universe -He can crush you into a singularity with a thought to either just kill you or warp you somewhere in an agonizing way -Can warp and can create rifts in time/space/dimensions -Reality warping -Never tries -Timeline awareness. He was aware that Aku was being / was deleted by Jack from the spacetime continuum. -Described as "all evil in existence in a single place" -Brought Anti-Pops, the BBEG from Regular who was capable of destroying universes and deleting characters down to their animation frames, to his knees. Anti Pops was fucking terrified of him -Thing+ tier eldritch physiology. He can perfectly mimic anything and anyone -Corrupting presence. Someone tried doing detective work on his cults and organization. They ended up become a frothing fanatic to him. He didn't even have to be near them physically. Just that they were aware of his stuff and actively seeking him -Spirit manipulation -Sealing -Laser eyes -Super strength -Saying his true name leads to you straight up dying on the spot -Attempting to corrupt or manipulate him mentally or otherwise just leads to that person / thing dying. -You can't remove the hat. It is part of his physiology like his "clothes" and in a joke he has hats below hats. If you did you would just be corrupted and become a slave to him assuming you didn't already. He is basically Villain Sue the character or an Evil One Punch Man only...an outer universal eldritch thing instead of some guy. Then the villainous guide videos and hidden lore stuff when those came out just set it to overdrive with Max Villain Sue. Some of the stuff is hidden and/or taken down though as there was a meta event using secret codes in the videos to access the BHO website itself in a meta way which was being tracked by an in universe secret organization monitoring him code named "Men Without Hats" (he used this as bait to lure him out as "us" accessing his website revealed them to his staff even though he was likely aware of them already and watching them squirm as text reading "HE'S ALWAYS WATCHING" pops up. In lore most of that team has been killed and the remaining two are on the run). The whole "working for Black Hat" thing was in one of the creator's tweets or ask me things I believe so not sure if I can find em. The match probably would be something like him turning the host into a dorito, put dorito man into a cosmic bowl along with the host snack, and sell it to one of his lovecraftian clients to eat while he hijacks the contest. A lot of what you posted was stuff that his minions or his organization do, not Black Hat directly. Like, apparently he was responsible for getting the Universal Remote to Rob, but the clip doesn't actually show him using it. Dr. Flug is the one who gave Rob the Remote, and we don't even see him using it! So to list that as a feat for Black Hat is a bit of a stretch. There are other things too, like being responsible for other villains' weaponry and backstories, which is neat, but it isn't something that's really relevant in a one-on-one fight. There's some interesting things in those clips. He teleports a lot and can teleport others, he has some sort of weird eldritch physiology, he can kick someone over a mountain, force choke people, has meta awareness and can communicate through different avatars. He's neat. Does he belong in Broken Tier? I'm not sure that he does. Still voting for him though. Black Hat.
