Local Chinese place like 2 years ago, I barely eat a plate and a half if that, and realized there's more value for the dollar in just getting take out and having 2nds with leftovers for half the price.

Quite a few years ago. I don't even remember the cause for celebration, but I ate so much that I turned green.

I set limits for myself, but outside of my personal maintenance routines, I have no fucking self control. You put unlimited food or ass in front of me, it gon get ate.

I think it was a breakfast buffet at a hotel in San Diego last summer. Really good

Golden corral but I don't go any more. The last time I was there I just felt sad for all the morbidly obese people. Those places aren't much different than opium dens.

I don't really go, for a number of reasons, not the least of which is I never would get my moneys worth.
The shared utensils is a concern. Add on the that, and the general shoddy nature of the food, and ya, I can take a pass on ALCEB's.

But what I really came here to say way.

I havent been in over a year I tbink to golden corral but I love just getting salads. I'm sure they are not the healthiest salads in the world but its better than some of their other food

Right before the pandemic began. The main cook was off for two days, so for that time I had to take more responsibility. But since it was me and the other cook in the lead, neither of us was fully on top of the situation, so getting enough food to keep the buffet full got difficult. It was pretty damn stressful, so I kinda collapsed to my bed at the end of the second day. Thought I had the 'rona, but it was just the stress hurting my body. Didn't take any more shifts that week, and by the time I had to make myself go shopping, the panic and lockdown had already set in.

I honestly don't remember what food we were making that day, but I probably ate a single full plate.
