24? Eh. I've had CBT and that helps a little but that's as good as it's going to get.

I think therapy is beneficial to everyone and just have it included in primary care.

zebatov, it's weird you're this obsessed about something you were proved wrong on. and you even acknowledged it, but refuse to give an apology and embarrass yourself, ok?

Score 16.
Here's why I think it should be higher.

I am concerned about a behavior, feeling, or something I am doing.
No, should I be?

This behavior or feeling has been getting worse in the past few weeks.
Since I answered "no" to the previous question I don't know what behavior or feeling this question is asking about.
Questions 2, 3, 4, 10, and 11 share this issue.

Ive been in therapy before and its helped me.
Given that the previous questions just assume you were concerned I'm surprised this question includes a response for "Yes, but it didnt help".

If you've just resigned yourself to stop caring about a behavior/feeling then, given the subjective wording of the questions, your responses will be scewed toward not seeking help; even though an objective evaluation might determine that you should.

Phew. That's a relief. Good thing there weren't any questions about seething anger.

This for me too. It's probably wrong though. I really dislike the vagueness of the quiz. It can all be summed up with "are thinking something that you wish you could stop thinking?" If yes go to therapy, if no don't.

Kinda more than a matter of feelings. If a person is consistently unable to be self-sufficient (ie, able to live on their own, pay their own bills, etc) or has substance abuse issues, a therapist could likely help them become a functioning member of society.

That is pretty fucking bad, and will probably discourage people who actually need help from seeking it.
