I read the whole thing and all i got is that the fbi told Barr about the ballots and he then told trump after some time and that it was 7 ballots with 2 sealed ones, then they write "Further investigation has yet to reveal foul play."

The headline appears misleading, I read the article twice and aside from this "The eventual response was severely bungled. In a pair of statements that were resoundingly criticized by election law experts as wildly improper, the U.S. Attorneys Office initially declared that all nine of the recovered ballots were cast for presidential candidate Donald Trump. I saw nothing that implicated AG Barr. The only thing this article tells me is that the mail-in and absentee voting system is vulnerable and needs to be looked at.
