BMI Index is notoriously innacurate. Apparently my range is 135-185 lbs. Last time I got down to 180 lbs my doctor was worried I had cancer or something because I looked so wan and wanted me to gain weight. BMI only accounts for height and not a host of other factors that contribute to healthy weight

Lol, i WISH i could get down to under 145 lbs, which that stupid thing says is the max weight for my height.
