The moves are garbage on anything without strong jaw(and I guess serene grace sorta though does anything with SG even learn the fangs?) though at that point in the game. Every pokecenter has a free move relearner and for stone evolution Pokmon all moves are available immediately for some crazy reason. --- ........the ghost in the machine...
