If you're sexually attracted to someone who is underage it certainly ticks that box. However if you find someone to be attractive who happens to underage and you didn't know about it then it obviously doesn't. In this case this gal looks 18 at least so I'm safe.

Wrong. A paedophile is sexually attracted to children/underage teens knowingly. Been attracted to someone isn't the same thing as been sexually attracted to them however been sexually attracted to someone unknowingly of their age that happens to be underage doesn't make someone a paedophile too. Providing they knock that shit on the head once/if they every find out said person is underage. It seems some folk just like to throw around words without actually understanding them.

i think it should have been obvious from context that I meant sexually attracted. being sexually attracted to someone who looks like an adult (i.e. they have gone through puberty and have an "adult" looking body) is not being a pedophile. again, being sexually attracted to the woman in the original post does not make one a pedophile, even if she was 14.

peoples' bodies, and other peoples' sexual attraction does not change based on 16th or 18th birthdays. that should be common sense, but sadly is not.
