This is kinda dirty - it calls for increased revenue for statewide addiction and recovery services, and reclassifies possession/penalties for certain drugs.

I am 100% on board with the second one, that's fine.

But the first one... when you look at the economic impact it's almost quadrupling the state school fund deficit... Also increasing the "Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention and Intervention" deficit by almost 5 times, which is weird since.

Why can't I vote on these separately.
