I don't know about your area, but the one in town here has a very high turnover rate because they basically tell employees once they start working there that they have to work at multiple stores, sometimes as far as an hour away. They compensate the gas mileage, but kind of pressure people into it and cut their hours if they refuse. I interview a lot of people at my job, and a few that have come through that worked for them previously all had the same similar story.
