Legit dont know how you lease a brand new car with no income.Decent credit history, at least enough to secure a loan? Granted I recall being asked what my current income is and I would imagine that is a factor as well. What good is a high credit history if one has no income at the moment. FatalAccident posted... But money is usually a touchy subject soo idk how you even bring that upIf you fear this can potentially financially cripple said friend, I would consider just being blunt about it. I can agree finances can be a touchy subject but some folks may not have basic grasp bout finances. EDIT: Ugh. I just remembered one particular PotDer. Over a dozen PotDer were giving advice regarding college, finances, etc. and said PotDer seem to want to stay on a fixed plan despite how impractical it was. --- "You must gather your party before venturing forth" "Go for the eyes Boo! I can understand a high score helps but am surprise listing no income would not affect the chance to get the loan. Credit scores, to my knowledge, just shows how financially responsible/trusting one is. Granted I guess no income does not mean no savings. I assume the bank assume one will still be able to pay somehow. --- "You must gather your party before venturing forth" "Go for the eyes Boo! Go for the eyes!" ... Copied to Clipboard!

Credit scores are weird. Really early in life I managed to get a home loan on a house I definitely couldn't afford (mortgage was like 60% my monthly income) because I had a good credit score. In the end I had to lease out rooms in the house to afford the place
