I eat bran flakes, grape nuts, or fiber one. Sometimes i'll do corn flakes. If I go with a sweeter option, it's honey bunches of oats. As much as I liked cereals like cinnamon toast crunch, it's so damn sugary and bad for you.

My breakfast is an egg sandwich made with two eggs, tomato, dijon mustard, and homemade mayo on multigrain bread. Filling, delicious, and healthy.
