It's intense, but I do enjoy the mental clarity it gives me. I find myself more "zoned in" on whatever task I'm working on at the time. Like my efficiency becomes nigh perfect.

My gym started carrying it. I've only had a few so far, maybe once a week. If you find one, do not drink it past 5:00 pm because you will not be able to fall asleep. (Probably won't be able to even if you drink it before then, honestly.)

RedLine has more than just sugar and caffeine. Various compounds from plants that, IIRC, have known physiological effects that basically make you more alert, anxious (in the sense of "I gotta do something") and hyper-aware.

So it's not something you'll want to drink just for the Hell of it.

Just drink tea or coffee

They are infinitely better than energy drinks, and the caffeine buzz you get is a lot more natural

I feel like a 5 Hour Energy would actually compromise the effectiveness of a RedLine, since 5HE isn't as strong.

It's hard to explain the mental state RedLine lets you access. There's a concept in Japanese and Chinese culture called mushin or wuxin, which means "empty mind." It's basically an unbiased mental state, where you are not clouded by thoughts or emotions. You just act, and do.

I guess Ultra Instinct from Dragon Ball Super is a decent analogy.
