The universe unfolds like it does for certain reasons. We have evidence that it unfolds like it does being that we can observe it. Since we only have evidence it unfolds as it does, the best we could argue is that if there is another universe out there, it is the exact same as ours as things occurred as they did for a reason.

Most of our physical laws are defined by when the fundamental forces decoupled, and we don't really know if or how they'll continue de-coupling.

A universe where electroweak is still a thing, is going to be quite a bit different.
