Updated top 5 prediction (Day 80/top 20): Kefka Squall Aerith Delita Red XIII -Seymour drops out from the original predix... I still want to believe but I'm just not seeing, it but a good-enough shift of "gray" in his direction could still do it -Red XIII replicates last year's run and actually makes the top 5 this time (this is the softest of the top 5 predix) -Cecil/Kain consolidation doesn't happen and they go out separately -Delita... just wait. I really doubted the chances even after Sir Chris himself pledged to main him last year, but with the support offered from him to all the long-time Seymour fans and new ones that I haven't seen vote for him much before, it actually happened. If it's to end soon, well, I got to see the goal achieved. Obviously I would like to think he can still compete despite being a vote in the hole next round, but I just wanted to express my gratitude to everyone that's been supporting him this far. I have an oddball favorite character in Final Fantasy I know, and I've never given up on supporting him year after year despite the fact many times I had believed him to reached his obtainable zenith in this contest. Logic would have dictated I'd have pushed a more popular favorite of mine at some point, but this never really happened unless the character was still able to be alive after I was done pressing on with Seymour. This contest was refreshing because I got to see beyond what I believed to be his peak performance. The top 5. The final X character standing after all these years. The last villain (I'm not sure he's ever done this either, Kefka has always bested him even during his best runs). It's very cool to have seen, like I said, even if this is another zenith for him.
