oh that's nice to hear, I haven't seen anything with Fiona in recently since I don't watch everything from the company but I remember how horribly people were treating her when she first started. Her early videos were a little rough trying to gel with the rest of the crew but she seemed cool enough, but not being the best at games plus being a female just sets fandoms like this off. Seems like she's found a spot with the podcasts and such too from what I've seen, which is cool. Hopefully the RT fandom likes her more than they did earlier, I know Lindsey went through the same thing too.

There was a big blowup regarding the roosterteeth fandom and endemic racism, and the company and talent are taking a much more proactive approach towards telling racists to fuck off. It's a work in progress but the community is overall significantly more supportive than before.

Fiona herself is fantastic in videos now that she's found her groove.

Michael is consistently one of the calmest people in videos these days. He plays the straight man much more often the guy who yells. It just makes the moments where Rage Quit Michael comes out that much funnier, though.

I mostly stick to any Golf vids (which are sadly also tainted now since Ryan was in a large chunk of them), Play Pals, and stuff like Mario Kart, Mario Party, and now Fall Guys when they do those. I used to watch their Minecraft stuff years back but stopped, not because they're bad but I just fell out of personal interest. I've watched a fair amount of Gmod stuff a little while back, if Fiona is based in those now maybe I'll go back to watching them for her.

I've never had a problem with Fiona, but it definitely took some time for her to find her groove.

I think a big issue was that when she was first hired on she had a very overt "I know next to nothing about RT or AH or the content you make, what are you gonna do about it" vibe. And so it made people wonder why she was brought on board versus someone who was already familiar with the content and the community. But the negative reaction to every video that she was in was definitely problematic and emblematic of a vocal minority in the community that were being allowed to broadcast their views unmoderated.

i have never been a very big AH/RT fan, but i love funhaus and this whole thing was very saddening.

adam was probably my least favorite member left on the roster (since bruce left anyway) but it still stings a bit to learn he's a shithead. i will say though that it's a bit frustrating seeing him get lumped into the stuff ryan haywood was doing which is a couple steps further into awfulness. i've seen a lot of people running with the story that adam was doing all the same shit and while i don't particularly care about adam's reputation, it hurts the rest of funhaus too.

It's not like I knew the guy personally but I still watched a shitton of videos with him, and apparently knowing him personally wouldn't have helped either because the other AH people seem genuinely shocked and devastated. You just never know what other people are capable of when they're behind closed doors.

yeah i sat down and read through some of the long stories about ryan and it's all super super gross and with undeniable evidence. and while i've not watched a ton of AH content, ryan always came off very wholesome.

on a brighter note though, i'm glad fiona is getting more respect because she is always the highlight of the AH stuff i do end up seeing with her in it.

Honestly, I think Alfredo is pretty great. He's got that subtle troll thing going (like in a game of Push the Button where he's the alien along with Jeremy and he goes "ready to fuck stuff up, Jeremy" or something to that effect).

Trevor, Matt, and Lindsay are whatever to me.

Fiona I haven't seen enough of, although I will say her default voice is kinda whiney at times. Like especially in the same Push the Button where she answered fucking lollipop for "what type of candy do you want on Halloween?" Either it was a masterful troll job or a really stupid answer but her and Michael going at it for the rest of the game was priceless.

He may or may not have done it without his wife knowing but that isn't really anyone's business. He is freaky dude though lol. i think it's pretty obvious now that those pictures/videos were shared without his wifes knowledge, if not also taken without her knowledge. adam didn't admit to it but he didn't deny it in his statement. which is awful. he also jerked off all over the funhaus office apparently. also gross and scummy (like if it was just in a bathroom stall or something whatever but it was apparently worse than that).

definitely not "habitually preyed on young inexperienced fans" territory though. and as disgusted as i am by what adam did to his wife (and generally jeopardizing the jobs of the rest of funhaus through carelessness and irresponsibility), it has been a bit of a relief that there aren't stories from fans coming out about him. just the catfish.

I'm very mixed on Jeremy. When they were doing try-outs he was my clear favourite, but then it kinda waned. I like him but he can be so down on himself sometimes and it sometimes it really feels like he cannot take a joke, like at all. I do think one of his strengths is that he and Michael (and Ryan when he was a part of videos) had a great balance of being crazy/straight men and they could perfectly adapt depending on who they were in a video with, also because all of them were generally at least okay at whatever game they played.

Matt I've really started enjoying recently, the OoT randomizer he and Michael do is top-tier AH content.

I'm not a big fan of Alfredo, Trevor, or Lindsay. I don't dislike them, but Alfredo is a troll to the worst degree, Trevor doesn't really have a unique niche even though he's been around for so long, and Lindsay is the "wild card" which mostly means she can't be bothered to understand the rules so she just does whatever. It's great when it turns she actually did know what she was doing, but most of the time I'm just kinda wondering why they put her in the video when she has a very clearly defined role and kind of video that she works in and that she doesn't work in.

I love Jeremy he is definitely one of my favorites. I feel like he has good chemistry with everyone and great chemistry with most.

Fiona is situational for me. She has the later Ray issue where if she doesnt like a game you can tell and it hurts the video. But when she is enjoying herself she is great. And her chemistry with Gavin is top tier. Jack and Fiona are also a fun and different dynamic.

Matt has really found his place lately and its great.
