I don't know why women can't read directions. We have had this problem too. We have a gate at the apartment. We also give them the code for the gate when we place the order. The men never call. Food gets here no problem. Women will call and say they can't get in. One couldn't figure out how to get in after we gave her the code. Had to walk down and get the food from her.

As a woman i don't get it but I also can't explain it.
