I don't actually have a cask strength one rn, just the standard 80 proof 10 year. I did have a finger of the cask strength variety last weekend, it was... challenging lol

Oo what kind of cider? I haven't had those in a while, usually get it at the rennfest but it was canceled this year -_-. Have been craving some Lambics lately, too.

Don't know the last time I drank any hard liquor. I've got like two dozen bottles of vodka and a bottle of sake with a snake in it (is that even meant to be consumed?) and I keep telling myself I'm holding out for some special occasion that's never going to happen.

vodka ain't no joke. mix it the right way and you can't even tell it's alcoholic. I can go through that stuff like water, it's dangerous.

the Laphroaig was like $65ish, which is actually really affordable for a decent scotch. they regularly crack into the hundreds depending on age and rarity, especially the single malts. I consider this a treat rather than the norm lol

I remember when I was drinking very heavy, I had almost a whole bottle of a 700ml Jack Daniels in one night and I didnt feel anything.

I regularly got through bottles of various spiced rum and sometimes vodka of that size without really feeling much more than a slight buzz. Would drink like that 4 nights a week. I'm sure now it would ruin me

I almost always just drank it straight. Put on some and let the good times flow. And yeah that doesn't seem too expensive actually.

Yeah I never got that tolerant (I'm only like 125 pounds lol) but I did hit a point where I was drinking Stoli quite frequently and it almost cost me my career so I put the brakes on that...

This how much vodka I usually put in my drink. Then I top up the glass with OJ. I can barely taste booze.

my only gripes with screwdrivers is that i have to use pulp free OJ unless I want to have to keep stirring it. the alcohol makes the pulp rise to the top. I like to chew my OJ, but not that much lol

@a-c-a-b Yeah I have a tendency to overdo it when I *do* start drinking seriously >_>. Been a year since the last time though at least.

I used to use pulp free frozen concentrate OJ but recently I've been buying Tropicana OJ "some pulp" style.

I don't really have any issues with it unless I let it sit for too long.
