Spectre grossed over $880 million and Skyfall grossed around a billion so that figure seems to make sense. Probably what they were planning to at least make at the box office.

These are streaming services though. The only benefit purchasing this movie would be is to increase their catalog, a bond film will not bring in new subscribers on it's own.

The last 2 movies did about 2 billion combined. They can just wait for theaters to work themselves out and get another billion.
