2) dont call me
3) i dont care about your problem
4) even if i cared about your problem, explain what it is rather than just saying "call me" and hitting send

Now, what should i do here. I normally dont send a read receipt. But maybe i should send one in this case so they know i dont care enough to reply to them

Just talk to them and let them know where they messed up and so it will not happen once more. Since it at your work you could still get in trouble (or whatever) if you just throw it away.
