This is how Australia, Israel, Azerbaijan and Armenia can take part. They are all EBU-members. Calm down Anakin Australia have aired Eurovision since the 80s I believe. They got to join themselves in 2015 (for the 60th Contest). They need to be invited each year by the host nation by the way.
