Here's some tips to fix it naturally: Sunlight; sunlight gives you serotonin which naturally converts to melatonin. Obviously don't get so much exposure that you get sunburn, repeated sunburn leads to skin cancer. Don't look at any artificial light before bedtime. Try to stay outside and watch the sun set; the change in ambience is how your body is programmed to know when to fall asleep. This one is hard I know, because you'll always want to watch TV or play a game before bed. It does help though if you can pull it off. Designated area for sleep: Don't use your bed for anything other than sleep as a way to train your body to associate the bed with sleeping only.
