I used to be one of those people who said cold beats hot, but after spending hours outside most every day for the last 3 years, I gotta say summer is much better than winter.

At least with warm weather there's many alternatives to staying cool (eating watermelon, turning off the lights, hiking/being outdoors where there's lots of shade).
During the cold weather, especially when it's raining hard or there's lots of snow you have limited options in terms of what you can do to keep yourself warm. Either that or you gotta worry about leaky roofs, flood damage, or shoveling snow. If the power goes out, you're pretty much fucked because without a heater and the weather dipping below 50 fucking sucks, and I'm not gonna sit in my bed all day with a thermal blanket --- Pixiv: Low Budget Wife If you like my drawings, you can see more of them on my pixiv profile ...
