Where companies get millions to keep employing workers. I started looking at other countries and it seems they did the opposite. They paid the workers salary directly instead of giving money to head of company and hoping they kept their word to keep paying their staff. When they just fired them and invested money in stock market or pocketed it for own use.

Trickle down economics dont work. You give the money directly to the person who needs it. CEOs and company presidents have proven than they cannot be trusted to not keep the money given to them, rather than give it to the people who earn and need it.
