There's something strange about mcdonald's you can like leave that shit alone in a corner somewhere for years and it won't rot.

It might not taste good but you can probably still eat it.

A lot of burgers.

Like 4 of each Mcdoubles triple cheeseburgers, double quarter pounders, and 1 big mac since I haven't had one in like 20 years.

That's the way to do it lol. I'm on a 1500/day and once a week I go up to 2100 or so and I'm like, that's maintenance so nbd.

I couldn't physically eat that, kudos if you can manage it.

I can't eat it either. At least half of it is gonna go in the fridge.

The only thing I'm planning on eating right away are 2 quarter pounders.

Can I ask why? That's really low. I wouldn't have the energy to do anything but sit on a couch eating that little.

cuz i found that i can. i dont get tired or anything and my stomach is used to it and doesn't get hungry often.

im like 26% body fat so my body can always pull from that reserve. i wouldn't do that if i wasn't.

its weird. every online calculator says for my height and weight my calorie intake should be 2200-2500 just to maintain. but when i eat that, i gain weight.

though years of data tracking ive determined my caloric intake to not gain weight (maintain) is 1800. most sites say cut 500 calories so i did and i got 1300, but just to make sure i go to 1200.

Might be stress related? I got tested a few weeks ago and my BMR was around 1300, probably 500-600 lower than it should be. I had been under a lot of stress lately over the past couple of years and that's when I was noticing a lot of my weight gain even though I was still eating relatively healthy and within 2000-2500 calories which should be fine for me.

The last couple of weeks I made a conscious effort to not take as much stress, and eat 1500 calories a day, and my weight started plummeting. Taking a leave of absence from work for 3 months to really destress starting in a couple of weeks, and will probably get tested again in a couple of months to see what it's at. If it was stress related metabolic damage, I'm hoping it'll fix itself up.
