Essentially you have normal, hard, and ultra spicy, and here's the differences:

Normal:
-18 minute days
-Base HP of enemies

Hard:
-14 minute days
-Increased (doubled?) enemy HP

Ultra Spicy:
-14 minute days
-Same enemy HP as hard
-Only 60 Pikmin out at a time
-Less food per fruit

Honestly wish there was a mode that keeps days the same length as normal, while increasing enemy health. I'd like more time to explore, but the enemies already have a pathetic amount of health on hard, so normal would just be too easy

They've also dumbed down the bosses from Hard Mode. Have you seen the pathetic armoured mawdawg?
