I saw @DarkRoast in another topic claim he was Chaotic Evil and it got me thinking

What would Trump's stats, class and alignnment be?

IIRC the stats are:

Strength:
Intelligence:
Wisdom:
Dexterity:
Constitution:
Charisma:

IIRC "10" is average. Someone can come correct me

Alignment:

Lawful/Neutral or Chaotic
And Good, Neutral, Evil

Class:

Fighter, Rogue, Paladin, Mage, Bard, Druid, Cleric etc.

I'd throw "Race" in there but I think it's hard to deny that he is a human.

If you had to transplant Trump into a DnD game and were doing so honestly, how would you peg him?

Ya'll are underestimating his charisma score. Charisma in D&D isn't just how adept you are at talking, it's essentially the force of your personality. Trump is a fucking gremlin, but he definitely has force of personality.

But doesn't it still have something to USE the force of your personality? Like even when it comes to non-good speakers, I still think of charisma in DnD as being someone who could convince a crowd to join their side, not just play well to a crowd who was already on their side.

People misunderstand charisma. If he had high charisma, he could persuade even the other side into agreeing with him but all he's done is tell people what they want to hear. Its like becoming class president and telling a bunch of kids that they're going to get TWO recesses and cancel study hall! What kid wouldn't like two recesses dude?

That's not true. A high Charisma score doesn't mean you succeed every time. He could have an 18 Charisma and still not roll well vs another person's Intelligence or Wisdom scores. He's at least a 16 in CHA.

That's why I only gave him a 14 Charisma. A good chunk above average, but nowhere near amazing. Especially if he's a bard and I think we can all agree that he would be.

Ya'll are also saying he didn't pull people into agreeing with him, but you're discounting the fact that he pulled people away from the saner, more mainstream conservatives into his own branch of lunacy. And it's not just that he got people to support him politically, there are people in this country who see him as a messianic figure.

Nah, a high charisma means that he has a high chance of succeeding. Like, his chances of persuading someone would be high but who is he persuading? There was always a group of people who would agree with it. Hell, you can watch his speeches and know he doesn't have squat. Hitler's speeches had more passion than he's ever displayed.

Over 70 million people voted for him and a lot have put him on a god like, messianic pedastal. He had people who hate him following him on social media. He has a definite cult of personality and people love to hate him. He'd have a high Charisma.

I'd say that's by default. He took in the conservatives that were not going to split into the other party, ever. They don't vote from person to person, they vote Republican to Democrat and they already dislike Democrats so its an easy win. The people you have to look into are the independents who might vote one or the other and the undecided.

And of course let's not forget that the last election had the possibility of fraud..so maybe we will never know? If he was so charismatic, he'd have truly won this election because you can still persuade a whole country that everything is fine but he didn't. But maybe you're right. Maybe 14 is enough. I'd say lower it but whatever. He was able to persuade the people he already had into believing that America was great again.

But he also lost groups of people...so...maybe stats aren't the perfect way to explain real people? :) lol

I don't think you need a minimum just to be one, but you need 13 to multiclass into it.

I do not remember 3.5 rules but I know 5e means you don't need a requirement unless you're multiclassing. You can be a bard and still have a 3 in Charisma. I wouldn't know why unless its a character trait but I'm unsure why people keep choosing a bard.

I feel like he made a deal with a devil and now that he fulfilled the contract, he's reaping what he sowed. That dark god that he made a deal with? Putin.

Bard works because their powers come through their instrument, which can be their voice/words. They know how to influence crowds of people. And they're tricksters/rogues.
