He got his last shot in then walked away for .5 seconds before the dude in the car ran him over. I really dont doubt he wouldnt have tried to get one last shot in on the side of the car had the car just kept going forward. Doesnt excuse the driver escalating but I sure as hell dont have sympathy for the bat guy either. I really dont doubt he wouldnt have tried to get one last shot in on the side of the car had the car just kept going forward.
