I recently got this exact text wording from a female friend. Decided to see if the extra U's were a thing and apparently so.

According to Google:
And if someone texts you thank youuuu it means he/she wants to say thank for the work with an emotional-based meaning i.e. from the bottom of the heart. The term thank youuuu was not popular in the 19th century but it gets popped up in 20th.

There's even an Urban Dictionary entry for it:
Mostly said by girls through text. It means they're very appreciative about what you just told them.

Time to start preparing arrangements for our future wedding.
