He's not supposed to win, it's a publicity stunt. Get everyone and every news site talking about him, then Conservatives give Trump a fortune to pay off his debt and set the stage for the next 4 years of rallies. The smartest move would be for everyone everywhere to ignore Rudy and for him to be disbarred.
