Without hyperbole, this has been the worst console launch ever. It's not a true launch if a good and honest consumer can't get a system because they have been scalped by bots with no interest in gaming. They should have offered preorders to PS+ members, particularly long-time members. Instead, they just dumped them into the scalpers hands.
Furthermore, the system isn't even complete! Reports of bugs, glitches, straight-up breakdowns. All these they want to sell to us, the consumer, and we have to be the guinea pigs for them to refine they're clunky ass console. This is bullshit. I've had enough.
Boycott SONY!

ok i wasn't planning on buying a ps5 until they had better games anyway

Are you saying it is hard to get items that were made in lower supply due to a worldwide pandemic, online order only due to said pandemic, which would be hard to get even if all these issues were not ongoing?

I've bought every launch window Sony console besides the PS1 which was a year later.

I still own them all and they all work fine.

Seems to be the retailers fault and not as much Sony's. Sony put in their bot 'prevention' on their site they're just genuinely incredibly bad at everything so it didn't do much lol

i had a ps3, just never got demon's. it was the only souls game i hadn't played.

but yeah since i never played the original i dont take issue with any of their character redesigns or whatever the purists are complaining about. all i see is a new souls game.
