Cauliflowers ability to absorb whatever flavor it's cooked with or just completely fade all flavor is what makes it so great. It's the just the smell beforehand that gets everybody I think.

I never understood the concept behind making diet foods that try to emulate non-diet foods. Theyll never taste as good as the real thing. Id just end up disappointed and wishing I was eating real pizza. >_>
