I saw the whole series, and I think the only significant dip in quality happens in season 8 when most of the regular cast is sidelined for new characters. Earlier seasons had quicker wit and more interesting medical cases, but writers eventually run out of steam for the hard-hitting stuff and settle on safer, more reliable gags and quips. --- I write Naruto Fanfiction.
