I once subsisted on only taco bell daily for two months and lost significant weight. Not strictly healthy but I wouldn't think it's too bad if you're covering your bases

Assuming an infinite money scenario and ordering custom items 7/10 of the time, yeah, you could. But it would be absurdly expensive and the looonnngg way around to get a macro or lean diet when you could save money and buy all the same ingredients, at that point, at a store.
