Do my online questionnaire.

Have to enter the e-mail address of the medical facility so they receive it and can review it so I can schedule my annual appointment.
No e-mail address anywhere - not on the facility's page for annual appointments, not on my Patient Portal with all my records.

Call the clinic, press the button for annual check-ups, get told to call another number.

Call the other number, get told they don't schedule appointments for my branch of service but the gentleman gives me a second number to call for the clinic.

Call the other number, it's disconnected.

Try to go to the "Secure Messaging" Portal and it doesn't let me just log in with my ID card like every other website, I have to link my ID card to an account except the account registration page doesn't load. Try again, doesn't load. Try again, doesn't load. Try again, loads... and then freezes my whole system.

It's never been this difficult in the past, every other clinic has the contact information plain as day in like five different locations on the one page about scheduling your annual appointment. Not this one though.

... Ok so I restarted the computer, made my account, now I have to add my provider (because... they can't pull that from the main medical portal ?) and... the provider isn't listed.

I don't understand anything lol. I log in to this other account and I have a notification that the account will be deactivated in 7 days if I don't log into the account, but how would I have seen that if I didn't log in to the account in the first place...

The VA is fucking trash.

Its better than nothing obviously, but its just a bureaucratic cesspool of people who dont give a fuck.

I gave up and just decided to go with the generic appointment scheduling tool that I have never once used to make an annual check-up appointment through. They have an option for telephonic appointments so I select that because I don't want to drive an hour just for a stupid ten minute appointment... and... no telephone appointments available over a three week period... Plenty of in-person office appointments though!
