By the time you can reliably find these cpus/gpus the next iteration will be ready to go.

Finally managed to get a 1660 Ti for $300. It's not ideal, but it'll hold me over until I can get a 30 series card in a few months.

How were you able to after 4 days? Were you nonstop refreshing the page? Cause I've been trying to get a 3080 since release and now a 3060 TI and no luck.

Not nonstop, but I kept a tab up and refreshed probably every 10 or 15 minutes or so while I was doing other things.

I used a discord server called stock drops that notifies you when a bot detects stock at several sites btw. However its enrolment has doubled since I joined so even there competition is really really stiff

Yeesh! I just got a 2060 KO Ultra for just $30 more than that on Amazon today. We'll see if that actually holds up or not.
