Im not absolving CDPR for their deception or arrogance of releasing the game on last gen hardware. Games get pushed back and cancelled for systems all the time, their ambition outgrew the hardware and they should have made it next gen and PC only.

My point is, its no longer a secret anymore. So take responsibility for the fact you dont have the tech to run the game so either move on and dont buy it, get your refund if you already bought it or buy the tech required to run the game. Its that simple.

The game has been out for 5 days, if this was 5 months and people were still complaining then sure I could see why it bothers you. But its been less than a week, let the people who feel like they were deceived air their greviences.

Im saying if youre running seven year old tech you have to take the responsibility that you might not be able to run a game and you certainly shouldnt blindly believe the people trying to sell you the game. So wait, see what it runs like on old tech and then buy your game if youre given the thumbs up.

Want to avoid that? Invest in tech from this decade.

CDPR fanboy logic:

It's not the devs fault they released a broken game on a system they promised the game would play, it's the person's fault for not immediately buying the next gen console despite them being sold out.

If Cyberpunk for example was PC only it loses roughly half its sales. You dont think that factors into budget?

IGN said not to play on ps4. i'm going to do it anyway (in the future).

In a parallel universe, Apple has a console as well and thus in this one Cyberpunk is losing a quarter of its sales.

This would all be moot if everything was PC only. The budget wouldn't be as big.

It's really nice of them to look out for us like that, tbh.

I'm playing on ps4 slim, not had any crashes. The biggest issues for me have all been texture related and lag in menus. I'm 14 hours in.

I think a lot of people didnt play morrowind on the OG Xbox amd it shows. That game crashed anytime you breathed funny. The horribly long loading times maxe it such a pain.

Sure ive had some graphical glitches here and there but nothing that didnt resolve itself if I waited a few seconds.

People kept whining about delays. Devs are damned if they do damned if they don't as the longer a game takes the more critical people seem to get over it not being a 10/10 expierence.
