You don't have to say your last name if you don't want to nor do you have to reveal the number. for example you could just say it was over 60,000 or 1 million+.

just type in your last name on the search bar of the site and it will search globally just how popular your last name is. it should be the first result that says (surname) and the number you should see there is the global incidence number that should tell you how many people in the world share your last name
