He was trying to rob a Southwestern Florida home as he scaled the wall and opened a window and was in the process of climbing in when suddenly it slammed on his neck and killed him instantly!! By the time cops arrived, he was dead and his right arm was at his side and his body was limp and stuck in the window at a height of some 5.5ft off the ground He was known by his friends and fans as "Taz UFO" or "UFO He has a lengthy history of run ins with the law including theft and larceny as he was recently questioned as part of a 2014 murder case His fiance Patricia Duarte however said he was KIND and said "When i first met him, i was like, man he looks like he has a rap sheet like El Chapo". She also said he was the sweetest person you would ever meet and had the biggest heart... Tyson Lane, a friend said Hernandez was generous and outgoing and doesn't accept the notion that he died trying to burglarize a home and said "He's not a burglar. He's not a thief. He's not a bad guy. That's not what he is. If he had a roof over his head and you didn't, he would give you a roof over your head, bring you in his household. That's something that he did for a lot of people including myself" Patricia also doesn't believe it and said "There's no way. This isn't what happened.
