I usually end up with a ton of lives by the end (I think 90+), but then I lose them because beating the game resets your lives. And then I have 4 lives for Animal Antics... I was doing an RE 0 run for like 3 achievements and ended up getting like 4th in WR lol. Mine cart levels tho.
