xXfireglzXx 01/05/21 5:55:04 PM #1:	It's been the same crackly distorted static quality hold music for 20+ years now. How have literally no improvements been made. And yes, I've been on hold for 30 minutes now. I got the initial hold notice 15 minutes ago and couldn't tell if she said "Approximately 78 minutes, or Approximately 7 to 8 minutes." Well, 15 minutes later I was informed my current wait time is, "Approximately 59 minutes". I'm pot committed now damnit. --- Official ANCIENT Killer.
