I believe it is not cross platform. So you need it on EGS to unlock the H1 and 2 content on EGS, and same with Steam. PlayStation and XBox are the same way.

Meanwhile on every other platform and if it were still on Steam it doesn't fucking matter when you buy it, if you own the games you get the levels included in Hitman 3 for free

It's about replaying the levels with specific challenges in mind imo. First play through just roll with the fuck ups, and as you do more challenges getting a silent assassin rank will really be very easy anyway.

It looks to be fundamentally the same game as the last 2. Still waiting for the system they teased in Blood Money where notoriety carries over between missions.

For example pure stealth and accident killings make the next level easier as 47 is still a myth but if you massacre everyone on camera there will be increased security and the target will be less visible.

An, well I would say the very basic concept is using disguises to give yourself access to different parts of the area. Then, when you're at your destination, use your tools to isolate and murder people.

I suck at enjoying these games.

I've been conditioned to play as quickly and "efficiently" as possible, so I don't have the patience to walk around and look for unique ways to take out the target(s).

so I might finish a mission in a few minutes, and feel like I'm not getting the most out of the game, even though I recognize that it's more like a puzzle than a traditional stealth-action game.

that's probably why (and I know that this is an unpopular opinion) I enjoyed Absolution the most.

that's probably why (and I know that this is an unpopular opinion) I enjoyed Absolution the most.

It's pretty easy to play it like a more linear game. Make sure the Mission Stories are on and it'll guide you with objectives that lead you straight to opening up or assassinating a target.
