Murray

Rivers
Brees
Mayfield
Cousins
Stafford
Ryan

Big Ben
Trubisky
Goff
etc

Brees has some really big strengths but his limitations are punishing, and the amount of dynamic playmakers needed to cover them is too great.

Sometimes I wish I could stop caring. The Vols have been my #1 team my whole life. I watch every play of every game when I can, even the ones I know are going to end badly. I can't help myself. I can distance myself emotionally from any of my other teams when they're bad, but I can't quit the Vols.

The Chiefs are the obvious one, but I think you could make an argument for any other team that they should go for it.

Football trades are weird for me to comprehend. Theres always dead cap involve but its not basketball where anything needs to match.

Watson is better than Allen, Murray, Burrow, and Herbert, but those teams would probably rather have the cap room to build a supporting cast while their QBs are on their rookie contract.

The only reason you'd consider Watson over Rodgers is age, but it might be a good reason for some.

Yeah, if you're looking to win now you absolutely take Rodgers. If you want someone who could be your franchise QB for the next 10 years then you'd want Watson.

with the state of his division, Rodgers and LeFleur should have a shot at 2-3 super bowls even after this year you might think

problem is we're almost guaranteed to lose aaron jones unless he somehow gets 0 offers and while jamal and dillon will still be serviceable losing jones will hurt our offense a good bit i think

but as long as rodgers doesnt immediately fall off a cliff or get injured yeah we should at least have a chance in the playoffs until rodgers' contract ends

Running backs are a luxury position anyway. Can draft someone serviceable and adapt your offense. Also you have the Vikings, Bears, and Lions who are all peak inept.

Zero chance Watson is a steeler. Exactly the kind of player Pittsburgh doesn't want on their roster, even before considering it is an overpaid QB who doesn't produce Ws.

Dolphins are utterly insane if they don't try to make that happen btw. The rest of that roster is good enough to win right now and I can't imagine wanting to wait around and see if Tua will get it figured out.
