I can eat a bite of food and I'm uncomfortably full for the entire day. I'm on day three, but it's been going on for about two months now off and on. I'll paint the picture of this week.

On Friday I woke up and felt normal. Made an omelet and got three fork-sized bites into it before I had to wrap it up and put it on the fridge for later. I went to work for nine hours, drank water and didn't eat a thing. Not a single calorie and I work in a restaurant. Got home, tried to reheat the omelet, got a bite in and got so uncomfortably full/bloated that I tossed it.

Next day I skipped breakfast, still feeling full, and went to work. Was a very busy ten hour day and I realized by the tail end of it I didn't eat anything, only drank water. Started feeling symptoms of ketosis (Familiar from it with past diets) and tried to force myself to eat a chicken breast sandwich and rice for carbs. Barely touched the rice, half the breast, had to toss it.

Today is basically the same as all above but I didn't eat a literal thing. I've just felt full for days. Pooping is normal, no constipation, no pain. Just one bite and I'm done. Starting to get worried.

Fuck. I wish I had health insurance.

I'm reading (I know self diagnosis is bad) the closest match is a stomach or intestinal ulcer that is painless, and inflammation is causing the false fullness.

Not at all. Good call, though.

This could be a realistic non-nightmare scenario.

Are you stressed?

I have a lot of stress and depression in my life but I try my best to manage it. Meditate, take time away from screens, try to get at least 7 hours of sleep and drink water like my life depends on it. I didn't know or think that stress could have such auxiliary, physical symptoms like the ones I described?

Stress can cause all sorts of physical health problems. Stomach problems are pretty common symptoms with stress and anxiety.
