It's crazy.

It has some first rate dialogue/voice acting and some utter shit.
Some gameplay sections are stellar and then there is 10 hours of boring as hell tank combat and filler fighting sections.
The plot makes no sense but at the same time contains some brilliant ideas and moments.
The graphics hold up really well except when they don't work and fall flat on their ass.
Lack of boss fights. No Arkham Knight fight. Deathstroke is a generic tank battle...
Really good ideas for sidequests which then are repetative as fuck.
Burial of storylines from previous games. Hush spent 7 years and killed 5 people for his grand plan to steal Bruce Wayne's face to.... Walk past a receptionist.

It's like when they were making it there was a guy going "uhuh, uhuh... right and how can we fuck it up?" to every single idea.

I can't think of any other game that spirialed back and forth between kicking ass and pissing itself then tripping on it's own feet into the puddle of it's own piss as much as Arkham Knight.
