The important bit is that the animation allowed them to explore some plotlines and ideas that would have been too expensive to film in live action (between sets and special effects). However, it sometimes is extremely difficult to forgive the amount of recycled animation they had to use and some of the ham fisted nonsense they occasionally forced to dabble in (I really am not sure how honestly necessary that tribbles episode was...like...I laughed and I like the running gag, but...I wouldn't have missed it if it wasn't there). --- Number of Mega Cookies given: (::::) 31 Tips top hat, adjusts monocle, and walks away with a cane.
