I know it doesnt help much but miscarriages this early are so much more common than we think or talk about. Please keep reassuring your fiance that she did nothing wrong, she will most likely feel tremendous guilt (I know I did). About half of pregnancies end in the first trimester (most in the first few weeks). And theres nothing we can do about it. There isnt anything she could have done to prevent it.
