Calories in, calories out. It's not rocket science.

You eat too much/eat the wrong stuff too much, and/or don't exercise enough, you'll get fat. Doesn't matter if you're vegetarian or not.

Ive been eating a ton of bananas lately. Dunno why. Ive always been a one banana person like normal. Now Ill sit down and eat like 3 bananas though. I just dont know.

When I was in high school, this cute guys lived a couple houses down from me. I sometimes got a ride to school from him. The first time I went over, he was still eating breakfast. And he offered me a banana. I kind of wish I rode with him to school a little more. He was actually a super nice guy.

It really depends. Some ice cream recipes, which are in a minority, contain egg. As for potato chips, I guess it depends on the oil you cook them in.

Its weird. Vegans dont eat animal animal byproducts. I think vegetarians can. But when I checked on Google, it kind of mentioned some things that were different than I originally thought...

Luckily, Im not on a diet. I would hate life if I had to eat that... The only real appealing meal is breakfast and dinner. And its barely anything. Haha.

It took me like 5 tries just to make it to day 3 of it. But then you lose weight FAST! Have to keep snacking on protein if you lose more than a pound a day, though. That means you are losing muscle mass.

Some mostly vegetarian diets make allowances, such as poultry, fish, or eggs. Some do not make such allowances. There are actual terms related to these habits, such as "pesca-vegetarianism" or "pescatarian," which are both mostly vegetarian plus fish. Or "ovo-vegetarians" for the ones who include eggs.

Remember, the difference between a full vegetarian and a vegan is that a vegan won't even wear leather if they can help it. If it's just dietary, without affecting everything else, then it's vegetarian.

Lacto-vegetarians can do milk. Strict vegetarians do not. Vegans, obviously, won't do it either.

Yeah I'm not eating that. However drinking water with every meal instead of sugary drinks is a good idea. You have to work much less hard to lose weight and keep it off. For years now the only thing I drink with meals is water. Besides that I drink tea separately on mornings and evenings. Otherwise I eat normal and don't work out and am still slim.

I used to be rail thin but as I approached 30 started having a gut and put on like 2 pants sizes (I went from a 30/46 to a 34/50). Which might still sound good but its alarming when a lot of your wardrobe starts to not fit correctly. You have to nip this stuff in the bud before it spirals.

I used to drink tons of soft drinks in my youth but my hyper metabolism blasted it off like nothing. I realised I can't do that now. With much effort weaned myself off fizzy drinks gradually. And even fruit juices too, which are packed with sugar while being sold as healthy. They're trash. It's been over 5 years since I gave up that stuff.

Like I was saying. There are types labeled according to the allowances they make, whereas vegans not only go strict on the dietary habits but also in what they use or wear.

you can be obese on a plant based diet, but not nearly as easily than if youre enjoying fucking brisket and cheeseburgers all the time
