Foil paper. Yeah I try. Tho I dont buy like this often but yeh Im getting slimmer. I was 118kg in the fall now Im 111kg. When I was at my worst few years ago I was at 128kg.

Can you get non-prepackaged produce? It's always cheaper for some reason if you get the non-packaged stuff. Try farmers markets too! I get the best stuff from the market every weekend.
