I can't tell you. You should never buy something when it is at an all time high. Keep that in mind next time. And you might think "oh but when Bitcoin passed it's all time high earlier this year it almost doubled!", yeah and when I bought it last April at $6000 it had already over tripled by that point, it was six times in the end. Chasing potential small gains isn't worth the risk. Crypto can do literally anything, but you should always ask yourself is it more likely this goes up or down? If something hit an all time high, the obvious answer is down.

With something volatile like this, only put in what you can afford to lose. Looks like you did that, from what you posted. Personally I wouldn't take a loss and just ride it out to see where it goes. If it doesn't rally again in the coming week, it will probably do so in the near future.

But it may not, that's why it's a gamble.

Yikes nothing. Take JTilly's advice just like you were probably going to take almost anyone's advice when you made this topic. Sweating a few hundred and selling out showed him everything he needed to see to make this call.

Think long term bro. Think where Dogecoin will be in ten years. Think where Bitcoin was ten years ago. Patience, and you will most likely end up as multi millionaire in ten years. I bought $15 worth of Dogecoins when it was at $0.01. My only regret is that I didn't buy more.

Yesterday was the other way around for me because I knew this currency had no sustainable future and I sold on time. Investing is all about patience, timing, and most importantly not being greedy and although I'm not an expert I just think you need to research the fundamentals first before jumping back in on out of reach stocks that could burn you tbph.

In the end, it's your call though.

Nah, I bought 20 Tesla shares at $250 (post-split thats $50 a share) and sold at $255 after six months (weeks later it was over $800). I bought 20 GameStop at $2.50 and sold at $4 last year. I bought 300 AMC at $2 and sold calls (for $150 premium) at $5 a week ago (basically sold them for that price for chump change).

Id have a few hundred grand if I just held onto that shit a little longer. I didnt even need the fuckin money but thought I was ok with a little bit of profits when each started going up.

All of them went down temporarily shortly after I bought, maybe 5-10% each.

Unless you buy at the absolute top and something literally goes bankrupt or crashes and you dont buy some puts...you fucking hold!
