In the video, a man speaking off-camera and a man on-camera make several comments with racial slurs and explicit language. What does this have to with the police chief and officer being removed? Are either the man shown on-camera? The article is rather vague on this point. The off-camera speaker presumably makes reference to the June 2020 fatal police shooting of 27-year-old Rayshard Brooks This article directly makes reference to the same event.
